With your consent, the extension accesses Google Drive to find the folder you choose and read or create its reference sheet and document. It reads the first two tabs of that sheet and the [term] and {value} markers in the open document.
The folder link, reference data, settings, and a short-lived OAuth access token are stored locally in your browser. The token survives extension updates, is unavailable to document content scripts, and is removed when you disconnect or when the extension replaces an expired token. Authorization goes directly to Google, and document requests go directly to Google APIs. The developer does not receive your token or copies of your files, sell your data, or use it for advertising.
Disconnecting in the extension popup clears the local cache and OAuth token. Files in your Google Drive remain yours.
Use of data received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
